Made from the three classic sparkling wine grapes, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. There is a higher proportion of Pinot Noir in this Special Reserve. This adds weight, flavour, and savoury appeal with biscuity, yeast, and toasted nut characters.
