Secateurs Chenin Blanc 2021 750ml | 13.3% ABV

The 2021 spent time on its lees in concrete tanks and old casks - this is an important part of the maturation and gives incredible texture and palate weight to the wine. Chenin blanc has a lot of structure on its own, but we added just a tiny bit of Semillon and Grenache blanc to the wine to round it off. The aromas are flinty with honey, orange blossom, and white stone fruit notes.
